Official Big Brew Day 2026 Recipe ! All Grain Version
This is a huge beer we recommend having temperature control during fermenting at 64F to reduce harsh alcohol and ester development. Please use a fermenter with 2 gallons of headspace and leave the beer on the yeast for at least 30 days before checking gravity for packaging. Good Luck!
